- Description：1.Conduct literature reviews for projects and purchase reagents based on lab and project requirements.
2.Independently or collaboratively execute synthetic work according to project needs and designed routes.
3.Maintain experimental records, prepare summaries, and compile project reports.
4.Properly handle chemical reagents after use, adhering strictly to hazardous materials management protocols.
5.Perform daily maintenance and management of laboratory operations.
